HG Dipping does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following personal data:

  1. We store customer accounts for 7 years.
  2. We store data for repair (RMA) for 7 years.
  3. Data for sending newsletters and/ or advertising leaflet up to 5 years or till removal request.
  4. Sent mails up to 5 years.
  5. Invoice , payment and order data we store for 7 years (Tax Compensation Service).
