Cooling off Period

We do everything to fulfill your order to your satisfaction. Should you wish to withdraw from your order for any reason, you have the right to do so within 14 days of purchase. This is the so-called Cooling Off Period. It commences on the day the package is delivered to you or received on your behalf. Please read our return procedure below in case you wish to withdraw.

What to do in the following situations:

  • In case you have ordered the wrong product: Please use our return procedure (see below).
  • You received the wrong item or your shipment is incomplete: Upon receipt, always check whether your shipment is complete and correct. If an item is wrong or missing, please notify us via the contact form. We will make sure to correct any mistake as soon as possible.
  • You have received a defective item: If you received a defective item, please use our warranty procedure.

Our Return Procedure

For a return, you can use the following procedure:

  • Apply for an RET-number within 14 days of receiving your order. You can do so by clicking here. You can also download the standard withdrawal form and print it. Fill out the form and send it to HG Dipping. Click here to download the withdrawal form.
  • We will send you a return form with RET-number. You will also find the return address for your order on this form.
  • Return your order as soon as possible and no later than 10 days after receiving your RET number.
  • The return items should, if possible, undamaged and returned in original packaging.
  • The packaging of the patterns is important. This products may only be returned unopened in their original packaging and undamaged. This products are packaged in transparent material, so you can always check the pattern without needing to open the package.
  • If a package is damaged, HG Dipping may decide on only a partial refund.
  • Do not write texts or put stickers or tape on the original packaging.
  • Make sure the items you wish to return are well-packed. Articles must always be packed in a carton.
  • The RET-number should be listed clearly on the outer packaging.
  • Make sure to enclose a copy of both the return form and your invoice.
  • The return form must be completed and signed..
  • Make sure your parcel is sufficiently stamped.
  • The customer bears the risk of a return shipment. We therefore recommend sending the package by registered mail and keep the shipping receipt so you can claim any loss from your carrier. Please note that shipping of returned items is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective postal carrier.
  • We will refund as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
  • If the entire order is returned, we will credit the original invoice including the shipping costs.

Pay attention! Return-shipping costs (from customer to HG Dipping) always borne by the customer!

 

Excluded from return are:

  • Patterns (That is customization).
  • Partly used items.
  • Items that are damaged.
  • Items which were specially ordered at the request of the buyer.
  • Items that were custom made for the buyer.
  • Custom made spray cans.
  • Items purchased otherwise than through the online store of HG Dipping.

 

Pay attention! Return-shipping costs (from customer to HG Dipping) always borne by the customer!

 

HG Dipping reserves the right to refuse returned products or to credit only part of the invoice amount if the packaging of the product and/or the product is damaged and if it appears that a product is used.

 

HG Dipping will reimburse all payments to the consumer, including any delivery charges HG Dipping may have charged for the returned product, immediately but within 14 days following the date on which the consumer reports a withdrawal. Unless HG Dipping offers to pick up the product itself, HG Dipping may refrain from reimbursement untill HG Dipping either receives the product, or the costumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever comes first. HG Dipping will use the same means of payment oriused by the customer for reimbursement unless the customer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for costumers.
