- What are the payment options?
- In the Webshop your payment options are; IDeal, PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Mister Cash, Sofort banking, GiroPay, Cash payment, Afterpay or bank transfer.

- Are the prices excluding VAT or including VAT?
- All prices in our shop include VAT. If you have more questions about our rates or any additional fees Click here.
- Do you ship abroad?
- We ship overseas, prices and delivery times vary by country. When ordering via the Webshop you will also get to see the cost of shipping to the country. For Belgium the prices and delivery times are mentioned on shipping page.
- Can foreign companies also purchase without VAT?
- Yes that is possible. We only need to check the VAT number in advance. See steps below or Click here!
1. Place an order and state your VAT number and company name.
2. We will check your data and after approval we will send you a payment link through email.
3. Once the payment has been received, we will process your order.
4. If you have created an account, we will set up your account in such a way that from now on you can order and pay without VAT.
- Can I come to pick up products?
