SAND DOWN
Some parts will need to be sanded or even blasted.

PRE-TREATMENT
Any damage will have to be eliminated, otherwise it will always be visible. After pre-treating, the article is cleaned and degreased thoroughly again.

PRIMER
For optimum adhesion, the object must be provided with an adhesive primer. For different materials, there are also different binding primers.

BASECOAT
The base coat (basic color) can be applied after the primer. This is the background color for the print. For example; an object with a carboxylic pattern in basic color orange. Or an object with black skulls in basic color green. Basecoat is a special varnish which is suitable for this process.

DIPPING/DIP
The film is placed on the water surface in the basin. An activator is sprayed on the film so that it becomes liquid. Then the object can be dipped.
